Lawyer Katharina Kutter
Katharina Kutter studied law at the Universities of Constance and the Rheinische-Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Bonn.
She completed her legal traineeship at the Higher Regional Court of Cologne, including a period at the German Embassy in Manila, Philippines.
Since then, she has been admitted to the bar in Germany and Switzerland and studied Swiss law at the University of Zurich alongside her professional work. There she wrote her Master’s thesis on the topic of marriage contracts in a legal comparison between Switzerland, Germany and Austria.
She was awarded the title of specialist lawyer for family law by the Freiburg Bar Association. She has also successfully completed the specialist lawyer course in inheritance law.
She has been working as a lawyer in her own law firm in Constance and Zurich since 2017.
Katharina Kutter also advises in English and French.
