Pendant la p\u00e9riode entre la s\u00e9paration et le divorce, les \u00e9poux sont \u00e9galement responsables financi\u00e8rement l'un de l'autre.<\/h5>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-36da3535 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"36da3535\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Il s&rsquo;agit notamment d&rsquo;assurer leur existence lorsqu&rsquo;un couple cesse d&rsquo;\u00eatre uni par les liens du mariage et de la vie commune.<\/p>\n<p>Une pension alimentaire ne peut \u00eatre exig\u00e9e de l&rsquo;autre conjoint que s&rsquo;il est le seul \u00e0 gagner sa vie ou si son revenu est nettement plus \u00e9lev\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Si le conjoint n&rsquo;a pas ou peu travaill\u00e9 jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent, il n&rsquo;est pas non plus tenu de subvenir lui-m\u00eame \u00e0 ses besoins financiers pendant la p\u00e9riode de s\u00e9paration.<\/p>\n<p>Le montant de la pension alimentaire de s\u00e9paration est d\u00e9termin\u00e9 en fonction des conditions de vie conjugale et se compose de plusieurs postes :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>L&rsquo;entretien \u00e9l\u00e9mentaire pour le loyer et les frais de subsistance.<\/li>\n<li>L&rsquo;entretien pr\u00e9ventif pour la pr\u00e9voyance vieillesse et les frais d&rsquo;assurance maladie et de soins.<\/li>\n<li>Selon la situation personnelle, des besoins suppl\u00e9mentaires pour la formation professionnelle, des maladies ou d&rsquo;autres d\u00e9penses sp\u00e9ciales.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La pension alimentaire de s\u00e9paration est limit\u00e9e dans le temps jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 l&rsquo;entr\u00e9e en vigueur du jugement de divorce. Il existe \u00e9galement des motifs li\u00e9s \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e2ge, \u00e0 la maladie ou \u00e0 l&rsquo;infirmit\u00e9, au ch\u00f4mage involontaire, \u00e0 un revenu insuffisant malgr\u00e9 l&rsquo;exercice d&rsquo;une activit\u00e9 professionnelle, \u00e0 la formation ou au r\u00e9\u00e9chelonnement de la dette et \u00e0 des raisons d&rsquo;\u00e9quit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Le d\u00e9biteur d&rsquo;aliments doit \u00eatre en mesure de fournir une prestation. Cela n&rsquo;est le cas que si, apr\u00e8s d\u00e9duction d&rsquo;une franchise raisonnable, il dispose de moyens pour payer l&rsquo;entretien du conjoint.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-33 elementor-top-column elementor-element
