Katharina Kutter studied law at the Universities of Constance and the Rheinische-Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universit\u00e4t Bonn.<\/h5>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

She completed her legal traineeship at the Higher Regional Court of Cologne, including a period at the German Embassy in Manila, Philippines.<\/p>\n

Since then, she has been admitted to the bar in Germany and Switzerland and studied Swiss law at the University of Zurich alongside her professional work. There she wrote her Master’s thesis on the topic of marriage contracts in a legal comparison between Switzerland, Germany and Austria.<\/p>\n

She was awarded the title of specialist lawyer for family law by the Freiburg Bar Association. She has also successfully completed the specialist lawyer course in inheritance law. She also undertakes regular further training in inheritance law, tax law, and family law.<\/p>\n

After initially working exclusively in family and inheritance law for two mid-sized law firms in Cologne, she established her own practice in Constance and Zurich in 2017. Since then, she has been advising clients nationwide in Germany as well as throughout the German- and French-speaking regions of Switzerland. A further office in Hamburg is currently in planning. <\/p>\n

Ms Kutter has an extensive network both domestically and internationally, ensuring the highest level of advisory success. If additional support is required, such as from a notary or a law firm abroad, she will certainly know the right contact person. <\/p>\n

A particular focus of her practice lies in matters relating to Switzerland and France.<\/p>\n
